Shipping CostsThe shipping cost is calculated on the order according to the total weight of the goods ordered.

OTHER COUNTRIES SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping CostsThe shipping cost is calculated on the order according to the destination and the total weight of the goods ordered. The shipping cost will be calculated and shown in the summary order before making the payment.
For countries outside the EU, administrative customs duty fees borne by the recipient may be applied, which may vary at the discretion of the customs. These fees are not handled by Sergio Levantesi and will then be invoiced directly by Customs Offices of the country where the products ordered are shipped.
DeliveryMinimum 5 working days from the receipt of the order and successful payment.
DELIVERY
Couriers deliver Monday to Friday during office hours (from 9:00 to 18:00). The couriers will make three delivery attempts, leaving alerts. After three attempts, your order will be returned to sender.
Orders are processed automatically by our systems and you cannot change the time of shipment or delivery.
Your phone number entered during the registration process will be useful to the courier to contact you.
OUR SHIPPING COUNTRIES
Sergio Levantesi delivers in Italy and in Europe (EU).
Our e-shop uses a geolocation system that automatically sets the country of consignment in the country from which you are browsing our site.

Every purchase on Sergio Levantesi is safe, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt all sensitive information. Sergio Levantesi only uses secure modes of communication, visualized by the security symbol at the bottom of your browser, as well as the "https" web address.
TAXES AND INVOICES
You will receive the invoice in the package along with the items you have ordered. This document will be assigned to the delivery address. Our prices are inclusive of VAT according to the countries in which you want to ship the order. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify invoices which have already been issued. In order to avoid export issues and delivery delays, the products and prices listed on the invoice must match the actual contents of your package.
