What are the shipping zones, costs, and delivery times?
Italy: Free (delivery within 8 working days).
Europe (EU): €25.00 - €35.00 (delivery within 8 working days).
How many days do I have to request a return? The withdrawal and return request must be made within 14 days from the receipt of the order.
Are returns free of charge? Yes, returns are free, provided that our company’s return procedure is followed strictly.
Will my original shipping costs be refunded? No. The refunded amount will correspond exactly to the price of the returned item. Shipping costs initially paid to send the order (for shipments to Europe or Albania) are non-refundable.

Delivery takes up to a maximum of 8 working days for all covered destinations. Shipments to Italy are free of charge, while rates for Europe range from €25.00 to €35.00 (depending on the destination country).
COSTS IN ITALY
Shipping within Italy is free.
Shipments are dispatched within 7 working days from the confirmation of the
order and payment (after receiving the summary email).
Each item is handmade in Italy with artisan care: for this reason, during
certain periods, preparation may take a few extra days.
Working days are intended from Monday to Friday. For Calabria and the
islands, delivery may require an additional day.
COSTS ABROAD
The shipping cost is calculated at the time of the order based on the
destination and the total weight of the ordered goods.
The total shipping cost will be calculated and displayed in the order
summary before making the payment.
For non-EU countries, customs administrative duties may apply. These are entirely at the expense of the recipient and may vary at the discretion of customs. These fees are not managed by Sergio Levantesi and will be subsequently invoiced directly by the Customs Authorities of the country to which the ordered products are shipped.

DELIVERIES
Couriers deliver from Monday to Friday during office hours (from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM). Couriers will attempt delivery three times, leaving notices. After three attempts, your order will be returned to the sender. For Calabria and the islands, delivery may require an additional day.
Orders are processed automatically by our systems, and it is not possible to
change shipping or delivery times. The phone number provided during
registration will be useful for the courier in case they need to contact
you.
WHERE WE SHIP
Sergio Levantesi delivers to Italy and Europe (EU). Our e-shop uses a geolocation system that automatically sets the shipping country to the country from which you are browsing our website.
PAYMENTS
SECURE PAYMENTS ONLY
All purchases on Sergio Levantesi take place with maximum security thanks to
the use of advanced technological and encryption systems (SSL). Sergio
Levantesi only uses secure connections, as demonstrated by the padlock
symbol appearing in your browser and the "https" prefix in the address bar.
Furthermore, for greater security, all orders placed by credit card must be
approved by Sergio Levantesi.
VAT AND INVOICING
If you wish to ship your order to a European Union country, the prices of
each individual item already include VAT.
If you wish to ship your order to a non-EU country, the prices of each
individual item do not include VAT. In this case, customs administrative
duties may apply. These are entirely at the expense of the recipient and may
vary at the discretion of customs. These fees are not managed by Sergio
Levantesi and will be subsequently invoiced directly by the Customs
Authorities of the country to which the products are shipped.
However, it is not possible to enter a VAT number (Partita IVA), as
purchasing on Sergio Levantesi is reserved exclusively for private
individuals. You will receive the invoice document inside the package along
with the items you ordered; this will be issued using the shipping details
you provided. It is not possible for us to modify the invoicing data entered
at the time of the order in any way, nor can we issue a new invoice
retroactively, as our system is completely automated.

Withdrawal Request: Start the procedure no later than 14 days from the delivery of the shipment.
Follow the procedure: To keep the service free of charge, carefully follow the instructions provided by our customer service.
Verification and credit: Upon receipt of the returned package and verification of product compliance, the refund will be promptly issued to the original payment method. Please note that only the cost of the item will be refunded, and the shipping costs incurred for the order will be withheld.
⚠️ WARNING
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return. The return is your right and will always be accepted if you follow the steps below.
It is NOT possible to exchange goods for different sizes and/or models.
Therefore, if you wish to exchange the same item for a different size or
color, or for a different item, please process the return and then place a
new order.
The shipping costs for sending the return are at our expense only if the
return is made according to the procedures outlined below.
Returns sent back using procedures or couriers other than those specified by
us will not be accepted.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
You can manage your return request directly from the MY ACCOUNT section of the website by logging in. If you do not remember your login credentials, you can request them again. If you made a purchase as a guest (without registering), you can still request your return from the REQUEST A RETURN section of the website. Enter the required information and follow the instructions.
RETURN SHIPPING PROCEDURE

Log into the MY ACCOUNT section and click the "REQUEST RETURN" button next
to the order you placed.
(Please Note: the "REQUEST RETURN" button usually appears 3 days after the order is placed and automatically disappears when the 14 days allowed for a return expire). - Select the items you wish to return and complete the procedure.
After confirming your return request, you will receive an automatic confirmation EMAIL.
Within 48 hours, you will receive the instructions to complete the return.
Upon verification of the product's integrity (as per the General Terms and Conditions of Contract), the cost of the item(s) will be refunded, while the shipping costs incurred for the order will be withheld by Sergio Levantesi.
